About this role

Responsible for driving and executing associate health management and occupational health services at the hotel. Conduct health risk assessments, implement preventive measures, and organize health promotion activities to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses while elevating health standards. Ensure all operations comply with regulations and Marriott International group norms.

Plan and execute associate health checks including annual physicals, new hire exams, and legally required assessments. Manage administrative tasks, data filing, and track abnormal cases. Provide health consultations, guidance, injury management, and infectious disease investigations with risk tracking.

Execute special group health management and occupational protection plans. Assist in workplace hazard identification, risk assessments, and improvement suggestions. Offer work injury case care, return-to-work evaluations, health support, and compile related statistical reports.

Handle on-site health services, physician arrangements, general injury treatment, and emergency assistance. Manage first aid kits, breastfeeding rooms, and other facilities, providing nursing care and medical arrangements as needed. Plan health promotion activities, conduct education training, and promote mental-physical health improvements.

Requirements

  • Registered nurse license
  • Knowledge of labor health management and occupational safety regulations
  • Proficiency in health risk assessment and preventive measures
  • Experience in health check planning and abnormal case tracking
  • Skills in infectious disease investigation and risk tracking
  • Ability to conduct workplace hazard identification and risk evaluation
  • Competence in work injury management and return-to-work assessments
