As a Part Time or Full Time Urgent Care Clinician, you will provide patient-centered care as an essential member of a high-performing clinical team. You will handle assessments, diagnostics, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions while maintaining efficient clinic flow. Immediate access to supervisors and experienced colleagues ensures you are never working without support.

Requirements

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant eligible to practice in urgent care settings.
Ability to conduct assessments, order diagnostic tests, and perform urgent care procedures.
Proficiency with electronic health record systems and AI-supported documentation tools.
Capacity to manage 4-5 patients per hour while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
Perform typical urgent care procedures, such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes with immediate access to a supervisor or experienced colleague.
Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain a smooth clinic flow with generally 4-5 patients per hour.
