At GSK Cambridge, we’re seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to lead and grow occupational health services across Massachusetts sites from the new Cambridge Park Drive location. This elevates care for people while strengthening a culture of health and safety. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical services assuring OSHA- and GSK-aligned standards. Drive continuous improvement in employee experience as a visible clinical leader across GSK clinic sites in the Massachusetts area. Provide services including injury management, fitness for duty, accommodation management, and health surveillance.

Partner closely with site leadership and teams like EHS, HR and Facilities to create safe, healthy workplaces where colleagues thrive. Represent the GSK OH service at site in collaboration with stakeholders. Support employees with filing Workers Compensation claims for work-related illness and injury.

This role offers opportunity to develop OH services in line with standards and stay current on clinical, technological changes. Meet continuing education for APP license, prescriptive license and DEA license. Lead key activities to progress your career in occupational health.

Requirements

  • CRNP, MSN (Master of Science in Nursing with AANP or ANCC national certification + state licensure in affiliated state) or PA-C, MSPAS (Licensure in affiliated US State)
  • Ability to maintain an unrestricted nurse practitioner or physician assistant license in PA
  • 8+ years of clinical experience
  • 1+ years of occupational health experience
  • This opportunity is On-site
  • Experience of working in the pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry (preferred)
  • Experience of working in a matrix organization while also working autonomously (preferred)
  • 2 years management experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop the OH services for the GSK sites in the Massachusetts area in line with OSHA and GSK standards
  • Deliver high quality, clinical occupational health services at relevant sites requiring travel between onsite clinics including injury management, fitness for duty, accommodation management and health surveillance
  • Assure the OH services provided and apply a continuous improvement approach to service delivery and the employee experience
  • Stay current on clinical, technological, and professional changes associated with occupational health and safety and meet all continuing education requirements for federal and state licensure
  • Represent the GSK OH service at site in collaboration with site leadership and other relevant stakeholders including EHS, HR, Facilities management
  • Support employees with filing Workers Compensation claims for work related illness and injury
