Provide medical treatment and administer medication according to physician orders within assisted living regulations. Deliver world-class care and service to residents while adapting to change. Assist with memory and performance improvement programs for residents.
Work independently with minimal direct supervision and collaborate with team to make decisions, organize tasks, document clearly, and follow through. Serve as charge nurse on shift for personal assistants under Wellness Leadership direction. Foster an environment where team members grow and thrive.

Requirements
- Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others
- Current license for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) issued by the state
- Current CPR certification
- Assisted living or long-term care experience preferred
- Current First Aid certification preferred
- Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide medical treatment and administer medication according to physician orders within the scope of practice for assisted living
- Provide world-class care and service for residents while remaining flexible and adapting to change
- Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs
- Work independently with minimal direct supervision and with a team to make decisions, organize and prioritize tasks effectively, document clearly, and follow through on assignments
- Serve as charge nurse on shift for personal assistants under the direction of the Wellness Leadership team
