Requirements
- Valid nursing registration from state nursing council
- Proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring
- Knowledge of medication administration and IV therapy
- Familiarity with ward-based patient care procedures
- Ability to handle patient emergencies and basic life support
- Understanding of infection prevention and control
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and conditions on the ward
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure ward cleanliness and infection control protocols
- Provide direct bedside nursing care to inpatients
