About this role
At RestorixHealth, our mission is to restore health and improve the quality of life for patients with wounds. Our Wound Care Registered Nurses are the heart and soul behind what we do, utilizing the Nursing Process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care.
The RN recognizes changes in patient condition and intervenes appropriately, prioritizing nursing actions that reflect patient needs and desired outcomes. They implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames while educating and counseling patients and their families on wound care processes.
The Wound Care Nurse works collaboratively with all other disciplines on the assigned unit to ensure comprehensive care. With a consistent Monday through Friday schedule and no weekends, this role offers a balanced work-life environment.

Requirements
- Valid Registered Nursing (RN) license required
- Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
- Prior experience working with wound care patients (training provided)
- Prior experience with billing and coding preferred
- Ability to apply evidence-based practice and nursing theory to patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care based on scientific principles, nursing theory, and evidence-based practice
