About this role
At RestorixHealth, our mission is to restore health and improve quality of life. Our Wound Care Nurses are the heart and soul behind what we do, utilizing the Nursing Process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes. We provide routine care for the sick or injured while working in conjunction with Registered Nurses.
On a daily basis, you will implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames. You will recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately, prioritizing nursing actions based on patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes. Care is provided based on scientific principles, nursing theory, and evidence-based practice.
You will work collaboratively with all other disciplines on the assigned unit in a supportive environment. We offer a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends, plus internal ongoing educational and training opportunities. Continuous coaching and mentorship are provided to help you succeed.

Requirements
- Valid LPN nursing license required
- Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
- Prior experience working with wound care patients preferred (will train)
- Experience with billing and coding preferred
- Demonstrated ability to recognize changes in patient condition and prioritize actions
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care based on scientific principles, nursing theory, and evidence-based practice
