This part-time Telehealth Nurse role is part of the Atrium Health Wake Patient Access and Care Team (PACT), providing remote nursing support from Winston-Salem, NC. You will serve as a key point of contact for patients, coordinating care and access to services through virtual channels.
In this evening position, you will handle incoming patient calls, triage needs, and facilitate appointments or referrals using telehealth platforms. The role requires every other weekend and a holiday rotation, ensuring consistent patient access to nursing guidance.
You will work within a dedicated PACT nursing team focused on patient access and care coordination, collaborating with providers and other healthcare staff to streamline patient experiences. The environment is fast-paced and patient-centered, emphasizing efficient, compassionate virtual care.

Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or Georgia
- Experience in patient access, care coordination, or telehealth nursing
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth technology
- Ability to work evening shifts, every other weekend, and holiday rotation
- Strong clinical assessment and triage skills for remote patient care
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
