Join Gallagher Bassett, a premier multiline claims services provider, as a USRN Triage Nurse. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality triage services in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting injured workers across the United States.

You will receive inbound calls from injured workers and employers, conducting structured assessments using approved protocols. Provide guidance and escalate calls promptly when defined criteria are met. Document all interactions accurately in designated systems and perform follow‑up calls to reassess and update case records.

Work in a supportive environment that emphasizes professional, empathetic communication throughout all interactions. Participate in ongoing training, calibration, and quality assurance reviews to continuously improve service delivery. Support care coordination and workflow completion activities as defined by client processes.

Requirements

  • Active Nursing license in the Philippines and in the mainland US.
  • At least one year of experience in U.S. healthcare.
  • At least one year of clinical or remote care experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously during live calls.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 40 WPM.
  • Willing to work in any assigned shift and able to report onsite as needed.

Responsibilities
