Staff Nurse - Ward

In this bank role, you will work directly with some of the best clinical talent in the region, collaborating across departments to ensure continuity of care for each patient. Your day-to-day focus will be on understanding and responding to each patient’s needs with attention, empathy, and clinical precision.

You will join a close-knit ward team headed by our matron, in a modern, well-equipped hospital that has served the Stockton-on-Tees, Darlington, and Middlesbrough communities since 1981. Our hospital specialises in areas including cosmetic surgery, spinal surgery, vascular surgery, eye care, and orthopaedics.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week, offering flexibility to suit your availability and the needs of the business. This role also gives you valuable exposure to new practices, equipment, and facilities alongside experienced practitioners.
