Coordinate required resources for patient care delivery while on site. Problem-solve and expedite communications with other health care providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provide, delegate, and coordinate nursing care to meet holistic needs of designated patients.

Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months current clinical experience required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required unless candidate meets all factors for Exception A or Exception B
- Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills required
- Ability to instruct and collaborate with others required
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or current compact state license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification endorsed by the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required
- Experience leading/supervising a health care team preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the required resources for patient care delivery

- Provide, delegate, and coordinate nursing care with other health care providers to meet holistic care needs of a designated group of patients
- Ensure patient satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate, implement, and evaluate processes to meet the educational and competency needs of nursing team members through effective use of a variety of learning activities
- Work nights from 1900-0700 including weekends and rotating holidays
