About this role

We’re seeking Credentialled Mental Health Nurses to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred mental health services across the North Coast of NSW. As a contractor, you’ll enjoy full flexibility, set your own hours, choose your preferred days, and work from our offices or your own established practice. You’ll be part of the Therapeutic Alliance consortium delivering the Primary Mental Health Program.

Your work will include clinical care coordination with psychiatrists, GPs, and multidisciplinary clinicians inclusive of peer workers. You’ll provide evidence-based interventions in individual, family, or group settings, conduct holistic assessments, and develop tailored care plans. Additionally, you’ll participate in case reviews and deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed services.

You’ll be supported by a collaborative team environment with access to clinical consultation and opportunities to connect with other mental health professionals. The multidisciplinary, hub-and-spoke model fosters quality improvement initiatives within the program. This setting enables autonomous work while contributing to team discussions.

Contract with us for complete flexibility to choose hours, days, and work location, plus autonomy to manage your caseload. Benefit from a supportive multidisciplinary environment, innovative community-based mental health care, and connection to a large network of professionals. Make a meaningful impact through recovery-oriented care until June 2027, with possible extension.
