Peregrine Health

US · Full-time · $110,000 – $140,000

About this role

At Peregrine Health, we are redefining behavioral healthcare by building a community of providers dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We believe care should be accessible, effective, and deeply integrated into the lives of the people we serve.

Our PMHNPs play a critical role in diagnosing and treating behavioral health conditions, managing medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, integrated care. You will provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients across the lifespan (ages 5+), develop evidence-based treatment plans, and prescribe psychotropic medications while monitoring for efficacy and side effects.

You will collaborate with primary care providers and multidisciplinary teams to support whole-person care, addressing co-occurring disorders including substance use with a comprehensive approach. You will engage patients through telehealth platforms to ensure accessibility and equity in care delivery, and maintain timely, accurate documentation in partner-site EHR systems.

We are looking for PMHNPs who bring clinical expertise, sound medical judgment, and a patient-centered approach. The best PMHNPs go beyond symptom management, working to create sustainable, effective care models that empower patients and underserved communities.
