About this role

As a Staff RN, Expert at Satellite Healthcare, you will lead, mentor, and innovate as a coordinator of patient care, collaborating with other care providers and health team members to deliver required care. You will act as a patient teacher and advocate, assisting patients in seeking information and ensuring informed consent for treatment decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of RN experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required; a combination of in-center and/or acute hemodialysis experience is required.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent; master's degree preferred.
  • Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure.
  • Current Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) required.
  • CNN/CDN Certification or must obtain within 12 months.
  • Competent and in-depth knowledge regarding the use of Electronic Health Records.
  • Promotes a teamwork approach by offering information, advice, and assistance to all clinical staff in a positive, courteous, and cooperative manner.
