The Nurse Coordinator RN plays a critical role in exceptional patient-centered fertility care. Nurses serve as trusted clinical partners providing compassionate, knowledgeable, hands-on care throughout treatment journeys. The role supports clinic-based care and Ambulatory Surgery Center operations including pre- and post-operative recovery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in Colorado (RN/BSN)
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Knowledge of fertility treatments including Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation
  • Experience supporting ambulatory surgery center operations
  • Ability to provide pre- and post-operative patient care
  • Skills in regulatory compliance and care coordination

Responsibilities

  • Establish confidence, trust, and positive rapport with all patients
  • Case manage a large patient portfolio
  • Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation
  • Order time-sensitive medications
  • Admit, treat, and discharge patients within the ambulatory surgery center
  • Monitor and assess patients during pre- and post-operative phases
  • Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and communicate results to patients
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
