About this role

ECHO Community Healthcare is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner, LPN, or CMA to join our clinical team at the John Street Clinic in Evansville, IN. This position is responsible for nursing care and general functions during clinic visits, serving a diverse patient population.

You will provide age-specific and health prevention nursing care as ordered by the Registered Nurse, Physician, or Nurse Practitioner. Working closely with Providers and the Site Manager, you will evaluate patient satisfaction and coordinate care within an integrated health system.

Our patients come from all walks of life, and we employ over 150 dedicated team members who embrace our mission of serving the insured, uninsured, underinsured, and homeless. We operate six full-time clinics and serve approximately 15,000 patients annually.

Requirements

  • Current Indiana RN or LPN Nursing License, or CMA Certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Concern for client's dignity and respect
  • EPIC experience preferred
  • Pediatric clinical experience preferred
  • Spanish language skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care and general nursing functions required by patients during clinic visits
  • Deliver age-specific and health prevention nursing care and treatment services as ordered by the Registered Nurse, Physician, or Nurse Practitioner
  • Work closely with Providers and the Site Manager to evaluate patient satisfaction and outcomes of care
  • Coordinate services within an integrated health care delivery system
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Assist with patient education and follow-up care instructions
