Requirements

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain).
DEA license or willingness to obtain.
Solid understanding of treatment protocols and drug interactions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
Genuine passion for patient-centered care.
Master's degree in nursing (for NPs) or completion of an accredited physician assistant program (for PAs).

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality urgent care to patients within clinical guidelines and state regulations.
Ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient.
Collaborate with clinical staff to provide seamless, efficient care.
Help patients avoid unnecessary ER visits by offering accessible, non-emergency medical treatment.
Perform comprehensive physical examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays and lab work.
Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Texas state regulations and protocols.
Document patient encounters thoroughly in the electronic health record system.
