Requirements
- Current nursing registration or license
- Proficiency in patient assessment and care delivery
- Knowledge of clinical procedures and protocols
- Ability to handle medical emergencies effectively
- Familiarity with hospital equipment and technology
- Understanding of medication administration standards
- Competence in patient record management
- Awareness of infection prevention practices
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient vital signs and conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies
- Provide direct bedside patient care and hygiene assistance
- Assist physicians with procedures and diagnostic tests
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
