This per diem night shift opportunity covers 7:00pm – 7:00am with a four-shift minimum requirement a month at NYP Westchester.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • At least one year of acute care RN experience in an Emergency Department or Medical/Surgical
  • Current New York State RN license
  • BCLS, ACLS & PALS certification

Responsibilities

  • Deliver emergency care in a fast-paced department
  • Triage and stabilize critically ill patients
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments
  • Monitor vital signs and respond to acute changes
  • Collaborate with physicians on patient care plans
  • Assist in procedures, resuscitations, and trauma care
  • Educate patients and families on discharge instructions
