As a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician, you will provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management services within skilled nursing and senior living communities. Your day-to-day includes routine patient rounding, evaluation and ongoing management of mental health conditions, and close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being.

Requirements

  • Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice
  • Previous professional patient care experience
  • Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred
  • Exceptional patient-centered service skills, including compassionate communication, active listening, and professionalism
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with residents, families, and facility staff
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams
