About this role

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

Provide skilled nursing care including trach/vent care, medication administration, and catheter care. Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs while assisting with daily living activities.

Communicate with families and care teams to maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Work with 24/7 clinical support available for both pediatric patients from birth to 21 years and adults with complex medical needs.

Requirements

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities
