BAYADA Sellersville Pediatric Office seeks a Registered Nurse with a passion for pediatric care to join the Skilled Nursing team. The role focuses on delivering the highest quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability to clients in areas including Pennsburg, Red Hill, and Quakertown.

Day-to-day work involves traveling to one client near you on a schedule you choose. You will follow up with and execute doctors' orders, perform assessments, monitor client conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

The environment emphasizes one-to-one client care in private duty nursing settings. Clinical Managers provide regular support and check-ins, allowing you to build lasting client relationships while watching their milestones progress.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Passion for pediatric care
Interest in completing trach and ventilator training
Ability to work day or overnight shifts

Responsibilities

Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
Report any changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician
Provide care for pediatric clients requiring trach and ventilator support
Perform skills with autonomy in the home setting
