About this role
Carbon Health is transforming healthcare by combining exceptional care, advanced technology, and a supportive culture to create the best experience for both patients and clinicians. Our mission is to make high-quality healthcare accessible to everyone through a thriving national network of urgent care clinics.
As an Urgent Care Clinician, you will conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions. You will order and interpret diagnostic tests including x-rays, labs, and EKGs, and perform typical urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
You will collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes, and you will never truly work solo—you will always have immediate access to a supervisor or experienced colleague if you need support. Our proprietary CarbyOS EHR system, built with providers in mind, reduces administrative burden and includes AI tools like a hands-free note-writer.
Carbon Health offers opportunities for growth through a vibrant, collaborative culture and lifelong learning via weekly didactics, topical grand rounds, and hands-on procedure labs. Whether you seek flexibility or a pathway to a rewarding part-time or full-time role, we provide the tools and support to help you succeed.
