Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Must have National Certification
  • Hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona License and DEA
  • Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
  • Must obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card (A.R.S. 36.425.03)

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered urgent care to a close-knit community in Williams, Arizona
  • Practice at the top of your license with professional autonomy and strong patient demand
  • Build lasting relationships with patients in a highly connected community
  • Utilize AI scribes, Epic Superuser support, and Dragon Speak dictation devices for efficient documentation
  • Participate in patient-centered medical home and various outreach services
  • Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to deliver rewarding, patient focused medicine
