Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Must have National Certification
Hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona License and DEA
Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
Must obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card (A.R.S. 36.425.03)

Provide patient-centered urgent care to a close-knit community in Williams, Arizona
Practice at the top of your license with professional autonomy and strong patient demand
Build lasting relationships with patients in a highly connected community
Utilize AI scribes, Epic Superuser support, and Dragon Speak dictation devices for efficient documentation
Participate in patient-centered medical home and various outreach services
Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to deliver rewarding, patient focused medicine
