Remote · Full-time · $100,000 – $130,000

About this role

Affect is transforming behavioral health care by combining mobile technology with counseling and medical services, offering 100% virtual treatment. We break down barriers to care, making it more accessible and effective for our members. As a PMHNP, you will lead member care alongside a team of counselors, therapists, peer support specialists, and case managers.

Your day-to-day involves conducting initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations for both substance use and mental health conditions. You will prescribe medications as appropriate, answer member questions, and complete documentation in our EHR (Healthie). You will also collaborate with your care team and attend occasional scheduled team meetings to ensure coordinated care.

You’ll need a quiet, private office with a reliable internet connection for HIPAA-compliant telehealth visits. The role includes periodic meetings with internal teams; reasonable accommodations are available. Affect provides extensive training on evidence-based approaches to treatment, supporting your clinical decision-making.

We are passionate about reimagining behavioral health treatment. Join a mission-driven team focused on meaningful work, offering competitive compensation, remote flexibility, professional growth, and a strong, supportive culture. Become part of the Affect mission to improve access and outcomes for our members.
