About this role

We are CCH, a people-first care organisation with 14,000 colleagues across 32 care companies, united by one purpose: to make sure no one in need of care is ever forgotten or left behind. At Advantage Healthcare (AGH), part of CCH, we are looking for experienced and compassionate nurses to support children with complex care needs in their homes across Essex.

As a Registered Nurse working within our paediatric care packages, you will provide a high standard of nursing care, following an up-to-date care plan tailored to each child's needs and wishes. This role involves working day and night shifts, 8 to 12 hours long, Monday through Sunday, and requires a driver with access to a car to travel to clients' homes.

Our people-first approach puts care professionals at the centre of everything we do, and our results speak for themselves: 5,243 care professionals have referred a friend, 135 internal promotions were earned in just 12 months, and every Operational Director began their career as a care professional. We live by our values of Community, Courage, and Heart.

We offer a quick, simple application process that lets you choose an interview time that works for you. Join Advantage Healthcare (AGH) in Harwich today and be part of something meaningful, with clear progression into senior and leadership roles.
