As an RN-Staff Nurse, you will perform a variety of duties involving coordinating nursing care for patients. You'll participate in patient and family teaching while providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- One to three years of related experience preferred
- Previous medical office experience is desirable
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) is highly desirable
- Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- ACLS may be required based on practice/department specialty
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt for medical or personal reasons
Responsibilities
- Coordinate nursing care for patients across the primary care setting
- Participate in patient and family teaching to promote health and wellness
- Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and patient team personnel
- Maintain standards for professional nursing practice within the department
- Deliver care appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served
- Document patient information and care in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Report to the Director, Manager, or designee as assigned
