Brightline

Westchester, US · Part-time · $208,000 – $240,000

About this role

Welcome to Brightline! We are seeking a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our care team in the New York metro area. You will work alongside an outstanding multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychologists, coaches, and prescribers to deliver thoughtful, high-quality psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and their families.

This hybrid role involves providing in-person care at least one day per week at Brightline's White Plains clinic, with additional virtual responsibilities serving patients across New York clinics including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island, and Albany. It is not a high-volume, assembly-line practice but uses a structured three-part diagnostic series and 30-minute medication management visits for real clinical relationship-building.

You will report directly to the Medical Director with support from the Chief Medical Officer. Receive weekly individual supervision with the Medical Director plus team-based group supervision, as clinician development and clinical quality go hand in hand. Collaborate closely with therapists, testing psychologists, coaches, and non-clinical staff for coordinated, holistic care.

Maintain accurate documentation using Brightline's AI-assisted tools including an AI scribe for efficient, high-quality notes. Engage with Brightline's evolving technology stack. Contribute to a team culture of psychological safety, mutual respect, and shared accountability for patient outcomes.
