Thriveworks

US · Full-time · $65,000 – $94,000

About this role

Thriveworks is currently seeking licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Montana to provide telemedicine care. This is a Fee for Service (W2) position with a compensation range of $65,000-$94,000 per year based on 15-20 clinical hours per week.

Clinicians will make psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in an ongoing telemedicine capacity, prescribing medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed. They work with a diverse population of clients primarily adults and adolescents, with conditions such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD, and a future focus on expanding care across the lifespan.

Thriveworks does not push or incentivize the use of stimulant medications; instead, they are offered as an option based on the client's specific symptoms and diagnosis, with prescribing decisions left to the discretion of the clinician. All clinicians are required to complete an in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a brief exam.

Thriveworks is dedicated to taking great care of their employees and empowering them to succeed, offering fully remote work, flexible scheduling, and guaranteed bi-weekly pay. Clinicians also receive paid orientation, annual pay increases, and bonus opportunities.
