LifeStance Health is seeking a talented Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team in the Columbia area. In this role, you will provide outpatient psychiatric care to children and adolescents ages 6+, including medication management and therapy. You will work in beautifully designed offices conveniently located at I-77 and Two Notch Road, with a flexible hybrid schedule that accommodates work-life balance.

Requirements

Fully licensed as a PMHNP in South Carolina, local to the Columbia area
Beyond 6 months of employed outpatient experience
Board Certified with full prescribing ability
Experienced in both medication management and therapy
Experienced with child and adolescent populations, ages 6+
Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient psychiatric care to child and adolescent populations, ages 6+
Perform medication management as a board-certified PMHNP with full prescribing ability
Deliver evidence-based therapy as part of a comprehensive treatment plan
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed therapists
Maintain a flexible hybrid schedule with both in-person and telemedicine patient visits
Uphold clinical excellence and a passion for patient-centered care
