You will care for one child at a time—a 17-year-old with a Gtube—developing real connection and seeing progress firsthand. Day hours are Mon-Fri 8a-5:30p and Sat 12p-9p, with night hours Tue/Thu 7p-7a.

Our team offers specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care, so no experience is required to get started. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you will never feel alone.

Requirements

Active RN or LVN license in Texas
Availability for day shifts (Mon-Fri 8a-5:30p & Sat 12p-9p) and night shifts (Tue/Thu 7p-7a)
Willingness to learn pediatric home health care through hands-on training
Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a heart for helping children
Reliable transportation to client's home in Coppell, TX
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 in-home nursing care to a 17-year-old with a Gtube
Administer tube feedings and medications as ordered
Monitor and assess patient condition, reporting changes to the care team
Develop real connection and see progress firsthand through consistent one-on-one care
Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
Document care provided and patient responses accurately
Participate in specialized training for ventilator, trach, and g-tube care as needed
