You will care for one child at a time—a 17-year-old with a Gtube—developing real connection and seeing progress firsthand. Day hours are Mon-Fri 8a-5:30p and Sat 12p-9p, with night hours Tue/Thu 7p-7a.

Our team offers specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care, so no experience is required to get started. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you will never feel alone.

Requirements

  • Active RN or LVN license in Texas
  • Availability for day shifts (Mon-Fri 8a-5:30p & Sat 12p-9p) and night shifts (Tue/Thu 7p-7a)
  • Willingness to learn pediatric home health care through hands-on training
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a heart for helping children
  • Reliable transportation to client's home in Coppell, TX
  • Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 in-home nursing care to a 17-year-old with a Gtube
  • Administer tube feedings and medications as ordered
  • Monitor and assess patient condition, reporting changes to the care team
  • Develop real connection and see progress firsthand through consistent one-on-one care
  • Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
  • Document care provided and patient responses accurately
  • Participate in specialized training for ventilator, trach, and g-tube care as needed
