Founded in 2020, Lavender is the largest nurse-owned and operated online psychiatry office in the US. We are seeking part-time and full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Vermont. This role offers the flexibility of private practice with the support of a collaborative, human-first team.

You will conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication and therapy. Schedule your own hours within our operating window of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.

Requirements

Licensed as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Vermont
Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Active DEA registration
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
Willingness to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week
Comfortable conducting telepsychiatry visits and using digital health tools

Responsibilities

Conduct initial evaluations for new clients
Collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication and therapy
Perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Vermont
Manage medication therapy and monitor patient progress
Document patient encounters in the EHR and e-Prescribe system
Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure coordinated care
Adjust treatment plans as needed during follow-up visits
