Founded in 2020, Lavender is the largest nurse-owned and operated online psychiatry office in the US. We are seeking part-time and full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Vermont. This role offers the flexibility of private practice with the support of a collaborative, human-first team.
You will conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication and therapy. Schedule your own hours within our operating window of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.

Requirements
- Licensed as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Vermont
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Active DEA registration
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week
- Comfortable conducting telepsychiatry visits and using digital health tools
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations for new clients
- Collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication and therapy
- Perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Vermont
- Manage medication therapy and monitor patient progress
- Document patient encounters in the EHR and e-Prescribe system
- Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure coordinated care
- Adjust treatment plans as needed during follow-up visits
