About this role

Founded in 2020, Lavender is the largest nurse-owned and operated online psychiatry office in the US. We are seeking part-time and full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Vermont. This role offers the flexibility of private practice with the support of a collaborative, human-first team.

You will conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication and therapy. Schedule your own hours within our operating window of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Licensed as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Vermont
  • Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • Active DEA registration
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
  • Willingness to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week
  • Comfortable conducting telepsychiatry visits and using digital health tools

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial evaluations for new clients
  • Collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication and therapy
  • Perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Vermont
  • Manage medication therapy and monitor patient progress
  • Document patient encounters in the EHR and e-Prescribe system
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure coordinated care
  • Adjust treatment plans as needed during follow-up visits
