As a PMHNP, you will deliver high quality behavioral healthcare through medication management and psychotherapy. You'll work with adults, children, and adolescents across the lifespan in a hybrid model combining telemedicine and in-person flexibility, with full administrative support and the latest digital technology.

With a compensation model based on productivity and no cap, top earners can exceed $200,000–$220,000 yearly. You'll also receive a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, and paid parental leave.
Requirements
- Kentucky licensed with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
- Active DEA registration required.
- Experience working with adults, children, and adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy.
- Must reside within commutable distance of the local clinic in Lexington, KY.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Board certification as a PMHNP (ANCC or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to patients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults.
- Utilize telemedicine and in-person flexibility to offer hybrid care to patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain thorough documentation using advanced digital technology and full administrative support.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with Kentucky scope of practice and DEA regulations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate medication and therapy for optimal outcomes.
