As a PMHNP, you will deliver high quality behavioral healthcare through medication management and psychotherapy. You'll work with adults, children, and adolescents across the lifespan in a hybrid model combining telemedicine and in-person flexibility, with full administrative support and the latest digital technology.

With a compensation model based on productivity and no cap, top earners can exceed $200,000–$220,000 yearly. You'll also receive a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, and paid parental leave.

Requirements

Kentucky licensed with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
Active DEA registration required.
Experience working with adults, children, and adolescents, or across the lifespan.
Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy.
Must reside within commutable distance of the local clinic in Lexington, KY.
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Board certification as a PMHNP (ANCC or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to patients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults.
Utilize telemedicine and in-person flexibility to offer hybrid care to patients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain thorough documentation using advanced digital technology and full administrative support.
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with Kentucky scope of practice and DEA regulations.
Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate medication and therapy for optimal outcomes.
