Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in nursing
  • Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Nurse Compact License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of employment
  • Professional Nursing Goals Statement
  • Area of Interest Selection
  • Academic Unofficial Transcripts
  • 2 clinical letters of reference
  • Copy of Basic Life Support Card
