Staff Nurse - Medical Intensive Care Unit

This role maintains standards of professional nursing practice and coordinates total nursing care for patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), considering their specific age needs. As a Staff Nurse at The University of Toledo Health Science Campus Hospital, you will provide leadership by working cooperatively with other health care professionals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assuming the Charge Nurse role when required, rotating shifts and units, and participating in on-call duties. You will also work two weekend shifts per month and one major holiday annually, subject to UTMC's needs, demonstrating flexibility and dependability.

You will join a collaborative team within the 3D Medical Intensive Care department, where accuracy, integrity, and flexibility are valued.
