Senior Doc

Boise, US · Full-time · $110,000 – $150,000

About this role

Senior Doc, part of Brigade Health & Affiliates, is seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide behavioral health care to older adults throughout the Boise Metro area. This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry in a more personal and rewarding way—meeting patients where they live and developing meaningful relationships.

Providers help seniors navigate depression, anxiety, dementia-related behaviors, and other complex mental health needs through psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning. The role involves partnering with caregivers, families, and facility staff to improve patient outcomes and coordinate comprehensive care.

Our providers enjoy the autonomy to practice independently while being supported by an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to improving patients' quality of life. This collaborative partnership includes close work with primary care, palliative care, and specialty providers within a mission-driven organization.

Structured onboarding and long-term growth opportunities exist within a rapidly expanding organization focused on patient-centered care. Flexible scheduling and smaller patient volumes allow for meaningful interactions and a sustainable work-life balance.
