About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care seeks High Acuity/PICU Nurses for pediatric clients with trach/vent needs. We currently have two PICU clients expanding night teams in Quarryville and New Providence, plus additional clients throughout Lancaster County. Delivering care at home is our highest priority.
Provide one-on-one care with flexible scheduling based on your preferences, including mornings, evenings, or overnights in 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s shifts. Options for PRN, part-time, or full-time with no weekend or minimum requirements. Short commute times by matching cases nearest you.
Join our actively growing Lancaster Skilled Nursing Office. Receive 24/7 on-call clinical support and electronic charting using AlayaCare. Care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels in a supportive home health environment.

Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- Pediatric Trach/Vent experience preferred (NICU/PICU/Home Care Trach-Vent)
- Ability to provide high acuity pediatric care
- Comfortable with one-on-one home care delivery
- Flexible availability for varied shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to high acuity PICU clients
- Manage pediatric trach/vent dependent patients
- Deliver night shift care for PICU clients in home settings
- Handle clients across all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels
- Utilize electronic charting using AlayaCare
- Participate in full shift work of 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s
- Respond to flexible morning, evening, or overnight schedules
