Join as Critical Care Manager with oversight of ICU and Cath Lab. Designated a Magnet hospital four consecutive times for nursing excellence.

Provides operations and optimization leadership to professional and frontline staff, supervisors, and managers. Retains accountability for staff coordination, training, hiring, performance, regulatory compliance, and results of assigned departments. Develops departmental plans, including organizational priorities, and controls resources.

Directly manages department or service line with decisions guided by resource availability, operational needs, functional objectives, and clinical drivers. Responsible for driving outcomes through daily management of resources, primarily patient-facing. Collaborates with teams of health professionals to plan long-term patient care needs.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Scope of knowledge and experience in critical care nursing practice
  • Ability to act independently within nursing license
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare operations
  • Experience managing frontline nursing staff in ICU or Cath Lab
  • Understanding of operational needs and clinical drivers in critical care
  • Commitment to safety standards and role modeling
  • Accountability for personal learning and professional development

Responsibilities
